About Jessica L. Sparks, Esq.

Jessica L. Sparks is a long time Salem County resident who has provided counsel across the State of New Jersey,  any where from Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, and Atlantic County. She is a 2022 graduated of Delaware Widener Law School. While in law school her focus was concentrated assisting in the Veteran's Law Clinic helping those who served get the benefits that they deserved.  Thereafter, she worked as an associate attorney before founding JLS Law, LLC in 2024.  


She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey as well as the State of  Pennsylvania.  Jessica is also an accredited attorney by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and able to appear before the Veteran Board of Appeals. In addition, she often volunteers to assist the local legal services to assist those in the community through pro-bono representation. She currently sits as  Secretary of the Salem County Bar Association. 


Her areas of experience include prosecuting in local municipal court and municipal court defense. She is a family law attorney representing matters not limited to divorce and custody, but including gaurdianship, name changes, adoption and much more. She has experience in civils matters primarily landlord tenant disputes and evictions. Her experience included estate planning for the future and probating of estates.
